How to play Daylit

  1. Follow the opening tutorial to see how a lighthouse lights squares along a straight line.
  2. Tap a land square to place a lighthouse, with exactly one lighthouse on each island.
  3. Cover every sea square; land stops a beam, so check the shadow behind each island.
  4. Use Undo, Clear or a hint when needed, then try another of the three daily sizes.

Tips

  • Look for sea squares with very few possible lighthouse positions along their row or column.
  • Check coverage behind land before committing to an island position.
