Daily Departure hides one destination for everyone each day and gives you six guesses. A wrong guess reveals another travel clue, with distance and direction feedback; optional home-airport and passport settings personalize some clues without changing the answer. It's free to play in your browser, with one mystery destination a day and no account needed. There is also an unlimited mode, so you can keep playing after the daily puzzle.
How to play Daily Departure
- Optionally choose a home airport and passport, or skip to use the stated default settings.
- Read the first flight-time clue, search for a city or country and submit a guess.
- Use distance and direction feedback alongside the extra clue unlocked after each wrong guess.
- Find the destination within six guesses. A new daily puzzle arrives at midnight UTC, and Practice offers more rounds.
Tips
- Use the flight-time clue as a broad distance filter before narrowing by climate and region.
- Treat costs and travel times as estimates, not live trip-planning information.
