GazillionDaily History Game: Pin Five Moments to a Year Range

Gazillion gives everyone the same five moments from history each day. For each one you drag two handles, or type two years, to set a range around when it happened, within 40 seconds; a tight range that still contains the date scores up to 1,000, and a near miss still earns some points. It's free to play in your browser, with five moments a day and no account needed. There is also an unlimited mode, so you can keep playing after the daily puzzle.

How to play Gazillion

  1. Read the moment from history.
  2. Drag the two handles, or type years, to set a range around its date.
  3. Lock it in before the 40 seconds run out.
  4. Finish all five, see how far back your trip went, and share.

Tips

  • Go wide when unsure: a miss scores far less than a loose range.
  • Narrow the range only on events you could date within a decade.
  • Play Infinite mode to learn how tight a range pays off.
