Pips gives you a board of colored regions and a set of dominoes to place on it. Each region carries a condition, such as a sum, all-equal, all-different or greater or less than a number, and the puzzle is solved when every domino is down and every condition holds. It's free to play in your browser, with three puzzles a day (easy, medium, hard) and no account needed. There is no unlimited mode: once today's puzzle is done, the next one comes tomorrow.
How to play Pips
- Pick Easy, Medium or Hard for today’s puzzle.
- Drag a domino onto the board; tap it to rotate.
- Make each colored region match its rule: a target sum, all pips equal, all different, or above or below a number.
- Regions without a rule can hold anything. Place every domino to finish.
Tips
- Start with regions that allow only one combination, like a single cell that must be 0 or 6.
- A domino can straddle two regions, so think in halves when a region has an odd number of cells.
- Count which pip values are left in your tray; scarce numbers narrow where they can go.
